Common questions about LayerCraft pricing and tokens
What exactly is a token?
Tokens are the currency of LayerCraft. Each image decomposition costs a certain number of tokens based on how many layers you extract and at what resolution. For example, extracting 2 layers at 640px costs 1 token, while extracting 10 layers at 1024px costs 8 tokens.
Do unused tokens roll over to next month?
No. Your monthly token allocation is refreshed each billing cycle. Unused tokens expire at the end of each month. If you need more tokens mid-month, you can purchase additional token bundles from your dashboard.
Is there a free plan?
We don't offer a free plan, but all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. During the trial, you get tokens to test the service.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
You can't make new decompositions without tokens. You have several options: upgrade to a higher plan, purchase additional token bundles (available in the dashboard), or wait for your monthly allocation to refresh on your billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! All plans are on month-to-month billing. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your data and extracted files remain available for 30 days after cancellation.
Do you offer annual pricing discounts?
Yes! Annual plans come with a 15% discount off the monthly price. Contact our sales team for annual billing options.
What's included in API access?
Professional and Enterprise plans include REST API access. You get API keys, webhooks for async processing, batch processing capabilities, and full technical documentation. Rate limits vary by plan.
How do I purchase additional tokens?
You can buy additional token bundles from your account dashboard. Bundles are available in sizes of 50, 250, or 500 tokens. Every plan must have an active subscription to purchase additional tokens.
Is there volume pricing for large purchases?
Yes! For enterprises purchasing large token volumes, we offer custom volume pricing. Contact our sales team at sales@image-extraction.com for a quote.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first charge if you're not satisfied. After that, unused tokens are not refundable, but you can pause your subscription.
